Kimpton Grand Roatán Resort & Spa sits directly on West Bay Beach, one of the Caribbean’s most celebrated stretches of sand. This experience is for guests who want a day of pure relaxation in a luxury setting: a pool or beach day pass, a private cabana or daybed, a visit to the Kao Kamasa Spa or the privacy of a day-use room. Tell us your preferred date, group size and which experience interests you, and we confirm availability and pricing before anything is booked. Roatán Tours Hernández arranges your round-trip transportation and coordinates the timing around your cruise ship or hotel plans; the resort itself is an independent hotel with its own reservation policies, and we are not an official hotel partner.

What to expect

1. Pickup details

   Cruise guests: send your ship name, arrival port, arrival time and all-aboard deadline. Carlos confirms your meeting point and pickup time before the tour; follow his instructions rather than another company’s port directions.

   Hotel and island guests: send the name and location of your accommodation. Confirm the pickup point, any transfer cost and your return arrangements directly with Carlos.

   Pool & Beach Day Passes

   Enjoy a relaxing day at one of Roatán’s luxury beachfront resorts. Depending on the pass selected, available amenities may include resort pool access, beach access, reserved pool or beach loungers and selected resort amenities. Price upon request; access and amenities depend on the specific pass purchased.

   Private Beach Cabanas & Daybeds

   Make your Caribbean day even more special with a reserved beachfront or poolside relaxation space: beach cabanas, poolside cabanas, reserved daybeds or premium lounging areas. Ideal for couples, families and small groups. Price upon request; capacity, included amenities and availability vary by reservation type.

   Kao Kamasa Spa Experience

   Discover the relaxing atmosphere of Kao Kamasa Spa at Kimpton Grand Roatán. Depending on availability and the package selected, guests may choose from spa access and individual wellness treatments. Price upon request; spa treatments, facility access and age restrictions must be confirmed before booking.

   Day-Use Rooms

   Looking for additional comfort and privacy? Ask about available day-use room options at Kimpton Grand Roatán Resort & Spa, subject to the hotel’s day-use policies. Price upon request; room availability, permitted occupancy, check-in and checkout times and included amenities are determined by the resort.

   Transportation with Roatán Tours Hernández

   We offer convenient transportation from Coxen Hole Cruise Port, Isla Tropicale Cruise Port (formerly Mahogany Bay), hotels, vacation rentals and other agreed pickup locations on Roatán. Travel comfortably in an air-conditioned vehicle, with Wi-Fi when available. Transportation is quoted separately and is not automatically included in resort admission.

7. Return & drop-off

   Agree the return location and time before setting off. Cruise guests should keep to the ship’s time and allow for the all-aboard deadline; the day’s route is planned around the schedule you provide.

Before you go

All resort experiences require confirmation of availability. Resort admission, cabanas, daybeds, spa services, meals, drinks and day-use rooms are included only when explicitly stated in the selected reservation. Roatán Tours Hernández is an independent local transportation and tour company and is not the resort operator or an official hotel partner. Children aged 4 and under receive free transportation on all tours. Admission and activity fees are separate.
