Sightseeing, Local Shopping & Chocolate Factory
1 / 3About this adventure
A relaxed introduction to island life, local creativity and Roatán’s chocolate. Combine scenic stops with browsing local shops and a visit to a chocolate maker. Ask Carlos about the Roatán Chocolate Factory and Mayak chocolate shop so your final route reflects opening hours and your interests.
Make this a leisurely day of island views and locally made discoveries. Between scenic stops, browse souvenirs and recycled artwork, with time to look rather than rush from shop to shop. At the chocolate stop, discover the cacao theme and the products on display; your supplied photograph shows traditional cacao-grinding tools. Ask about the demonstration or tasting available that day. Your purchases remain your choice, and the route is adjusted around shop opening hours.
